At Hopitopin, we are dedicated to providing high-quality art prints and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances when you need to return or seek a refund for a purchase. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

  • Damaged in Transit: If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

  • Defective Product: If your artwork has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or are defective.

  • Returns must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@hopitopin.com or call us at (229) 226-2034 within the specified return timeframe (7-14 days, depending on the reason). Please provide your order number, details about the product, and the reason for the return, and attach photographs for damaged items.

  2. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send the product.

  3. Packaging: Ensure that the artwork is securely packaged in its original packaging or a similarly protective material to prevent damage during transit. Include the return authorization number on the packaging.

  4. Shipping: Ship the product to the provided return address. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  5. Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved after inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when a return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be offered instead of a full refund, depending on the condition of the returned item.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival

  • Immediate Notification: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt.

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized items, unless damaged or defective.

  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

  • Items returned after the specified return timeframe.
