Refund and Returns Policy

At Hopitopin, we are dedicated to providing high-quality art prints and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances when you need to return or seek a refund for a purchase. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:
Damaged in Transit: If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Defective Product: If your artwork has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
Please note:
We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or are defective.
Returns must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@hopitopin.com or call us at (229) 226-2034 within the specified return timeframe (7-14 days, depending on the reason). Please provide your order number, details about the product, and the reason for the return, and attach photographs for damaged items.
Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send the product.
Packaging: Ensure that the artwork is securely packaged in its original packaging or a similarly protective material to prevent damage during transit. Include the return authorization number on the packaging.
Shipping: Ship the product to the provided return address. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements.
3. Refund Process
Approved Returns: If your return is approved after inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when a return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be offered instead of a full refund, depending on the condition of the returned item.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you can return the unwanted item (if it qualifies for a return) and place a new order on our website https://hopitopin.com.
5. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival
Immediate Notification: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt.
Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Custom or personalized items, unless damaged or defective.
Items that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Items returned after the specified return timeframe.
